As we turn our attention to the last regular session of this legislative term, I am reminded of all the excitement that 2023 holds for our great state. This fall we will embark on a new day for Louisiana. I hope, like me, you are looking forward to the possibilities that come with this impending change.
LABI’s political team has already been active in recruiting, training, and vetting candidates to run for elected office this fall. Our efforts will continue with supporting those candidates our Political Action Committee (PAC) boards determine to be qualified to uphold the principles of a free market system. We believe that this starts with cradle-to-career pathways that ensure a ready workforce, a fair and inviting tax structure that allows for economic development, and a legal environment that encourages growth and stability.
I look forward to having you join our election team to advance the principles of free enterprise and create a more business-friendly state so that we can attract new businesses and fully utilize the wealth of resources here in Louisiana.
